At the heart of Big Iron Construction LLC is a tight-knit, hardworking team of four individuals, each bringing their own skill set, grit, and vision to the table. Together, they form the backbone of a growing construction company rooted in trust, quality, and Arizona toughness.

• The General Contractor leads the charge with a hands-on approach—managing job sites, overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. With deep experience in the trades and strong industry relationships, they drive the company's vision and growth.

• The Project Manager handles scheduling, budgeting, permits, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This person keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, ensuring projects run smoothly and stay on track.

• The Field Foreman/Lead Operator manages daily site operations, supervises crews, and operates heavy equipment. With an eye for safety and efficiency, they ensure that every job gets done right—the first time.

• The President/Vice President runs the business end—handling bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, marketing, customer service, and compliance paperwork. They keep the business organized and professional, ensuring the team can focus on building.
